Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send an email and use a phone, you can do this course. There is no coding, no setup maze, and no specialist language.
What do I need to start?
A phone or a computer, and a free AI chat you can already open in a browser. The course does not sell software and it does not ask you to install anything.
How long does it take?
It is self-paced. Most people can work through one module in an evening, or in short sittings across a week. You can leave it and come back.
Is it live classes or a group?
Neither. You read and practise on your own. There is no timetable to keep and no classroom to join.
What will I be able to do afterwards?
Use AI for ordinary work, home, and money tasks, check the answers, and keep a few habits that save time. It is a starter course, not a promise that you will become an expert.
